The first sound I heard each morning was birds, not traffic. The sun slipped through the curtains and painted the room gold. Who needs an alarm clock here?

Dinner time is a happy chaos — everyone gathers around long tables, talking, passing dishes, laughing. You meet travelers from all over, and somehow it feels like one big family. I’ll miss that energy.

The food here is simple but made with care. Fresh fish - nothing fancy, but full of flavor. I especially loved the banana pancakes at breakfast. Maybe it’s the sea air, but everything tastes better.

After the second day, I stopped counting time. Mornings meant coffee and the sound of waves, afternoons were for swimming and reading, evenings for long dinners under the stars. It’s funny how quickly the outside world disappears here. The only thing that changed was the color of the sea — and maybe my tan.

Every afternoon, a few guests and staff gather for beach volleyball. I hadn’t played in years, but somehow the mix of laughter, sea breeze, and friendly competition made me feel like a kid again. We ended up playing until sunset — sweaty, sandy, and perfectly happy.

One morning I joined the little trekking path behind the resort. It takes you through dense forest, and after an hour of walking, you reach a viewpoint that looks over the whole island. The trail is not marked perfectly, but that’s part of the adventure. I met a local guide halfway — barefoot, smiling, showing me the way like it’s his backyard.

We enjoyed evening cocktails by the beach while watching the sky change colors. The room was simple yet charming, with a comfortable bed and lovely views. The time I staying here was summer and the weather was hot. However, there's no AC, so I couldn't sleep at night.
